Everyone ate and was filled. Then they picked up 12 baskets full of leftover pieces!
Around three in the morning, He came toward them walking on the sea.
"But, so we won't offend them, go to the sea, cast in a fishhook, and catch the first fish that comes up. When you open its mouth you'll find a coin. Take it and give it to them for Me and you."
Seeing a lone fig tree by the road, He went up to it and found nothing on it except leaves. And He said to it, "May no fruit ever come from you again!" At once the fig tree withered.
He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Silence! Be still!" The wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

Do you not tremble before Me, the One who set the sand as the boundary of the sea, an enduring barrier that it cannot cross? The waves surge, but they cannot prevail. They roar but cannot pass over it.
You silence the roar of the seas, the roar of their waves, and the tumult of the nations.
You rule the raging sea; when its waves surge, You still them.
He stilled the storm to a murmur, and the waves of the sea were hushed.
Then they picked up Jonah and threw him into the sea, and the sea stopped its raging.
But He said to them, "Why are you fearful, you of little faith?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea. And there was a great calm.
lightning and hail, snow and cloud, powerful wind that executes His command,
Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His hands? Who has bound up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is the name of His Son- if you know?

Moses went out from Pharaoh and the city, and extended his hands to the Lord. Then the thunder and hail ceased, and rain no longer poured down on the land.

For He says to the snow, "Fall to the earth," and the torrential rains, His mighty torrential rains,
When He thunders, the waters in the heavens are in turmoil, and He causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain and brings the wind from His storehouses.
