6 Bible Verses about Do Not Mourn

Now when the Lord saw her, His heart was moved with pity for her, and so He said to her, "Stop weeping."

Now they were all weeping and wailing over her. But He said, "Stop weeping! For she is not dead but asleep."

But one of the elders said to me, "Stop weeping! See! The Lion who sprang from the tribe of Judah, who belongs to the line of David, has conquered, so that He can open the book and break its seven seals."

But Jesus turned to the women and said, "Women of Jerusalem, stop weeping for me, but continue to weep for yourselves and for your children.

Also we do not want you to have any misunderstanding, brothers, about those who are falling asleep, so as to keep you from grieving over them as others do who have no hope.
