And they prayed and said, Thou, Lord, who knowest the hearts of all, shew us, which of these two Thou hast chosen, to take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas is fallen by his transgression, that he might go to his own place. And they gave out their lots, and the lot fell upon Matthias, and he was numbered with the apostles.

And in that day ye shall ask me nothing: but I assure you, that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, He will give it you. Hitherto ye have asked for nothing in my name: ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

But when the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He will not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that will He speak, and will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me, for He shall take of mine and shew it unto you. All that the Father hath are mine: therefore I said, that He shall take of mine and shew it unto you.
