And after this I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Unbind the four angels bound by the river, the great Euphrates.

And the four angels were unbound, who were prepared for the hour, and day, and month, and year, to kill a third part of men.
