How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart every day? How long shall my enemy triumph over me?

strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who made you fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light;

Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is wearing away, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory;

And by this we will know that we are of the truth, and persuade our heart before him, because if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

He said, "Go out, and stand on the mountain before the LORD." Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, nor be scared of them: for the LORD your God, he it is who does go with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you."

The steps of a man are established by the LORD, and he delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for the LORD holds him up with his hand.

for a righteous man falls seven times, and rises up again; but the wicked are overthrown by calamity.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It shall be said in that day, "Behold, this is our God. We have waited for him, and he will save us. This is the LORD. We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation."

I cry out to God Most High, to God who accomplishes my requests for me. He will send from heaven, and save me, he rebukes the one who is pursuing me. Selah. God will send out his loving kindness and his truth.

He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.
