7 Bible Verses about God Giving Rest

Come unto me, all ye who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Then let us fear, lest at some time, the promise to enter into his rest having been left, some of you may appear to have come short.

And He said to them, Come ye privately into a desert place, and rest a little while. For many were coming and going, neither had they leisure even to eat.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; because I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.

Therefore there is a sabbatism left for the people of God. For the one having entered into his rest has ceased from his works, as God did from his own.
