The antitype to which baptism now saveth us (not the mere removal of filth from the flesh, but the engagement of a good conscience to God), by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

by so much is Jesus become the surety of a better testament.

But as sure as God is true, our word to you was not yea and nay. And I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God; and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom power was given for them to hurt the earth and the sea, saying, Hurt not the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

And it was told them, Hurt not the grass of the earth, nor any herb, nor any tree, but only those men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
