And they gave him seventy pieces of silver out of the house of Baal-berith with which Abimelech hired worthless and reckless fellows, who followed him. And he went to his father's house at Ophrah and killed his brothers the sons of Jerubbaal, seventy men, on one stone. But Jotham the youngest son of Jerubbaal was left, for he hid himself. And all the leaders of Shechem came together, and all Beth-millo, and they went and made Abimelech king, by the oak of the pillar at Shechem.

After him their brothers repaired: Bavvai the son of Henadad, ruler of half the district of Keilah.

Thus God returned the evil of Abimelech, which he committed against his father in killing his seventy brothers.

But I saw none of the other apostles except James the Lord's brother.

Then his mother and his brothers came to him, but they could not reach him because of the crowd.

All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.

Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him.

After this he went down to Capernaum, with his mother and his brothers and his disciples, and they stayed there for a few days.

Now therefore, please let your servant remain instead of the boy as a servant to my lord, and let the boy go back with his brothers.
