When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled and all Jerusalem with him.
Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him. And he was perplexed,

At that time Herod the tetrarch heard the fame of Jesus, And said to his servants, This is John the Baptist:
And if this come to the governour's ears, we will persuade him and secure you.
