And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given them.

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, who had great authority; and the earth was illumined by his glory.

And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, with the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

"But when the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then will he take his seat on the throne of his glory;

"Do you not suppose that I am able to appeal to my Father to furnish me at this very moment with twelve legions of angels?

for it is written, "He shall give his angels charge of thee, to guard thee safely;

(And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, strengthening him.)

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth for service in behalf of those who are about to inherit salvation?
