And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, because of the ground which LORD has cursed.
For the creation was made subject to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it in hope. Because the creation itself will also be freed from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. As for man, his days are as grass, as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and the place thereof shall know it no more.
