Then he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
And when he entered Capernaum after some days, it was heard that he was home.
Immediately he rose up before them, took up what he had been lying on, and went home, glorifying God.
I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."
Therefore he said: "A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and then return.
Then he said to the disciple, "Behold, your mother!" And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.
Now when they had testified and spoken the word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem, preaching the gospel to many villages of the Samaritans.
