And from this time Jesus began to show to His disciples, that it behooves Him to go away to Jerusalem, and to suffer many things from the elders and the chief priest and the scribes, and to be killed, and rise the third day.

And Jesus says to them, You will all be offended, because it has been written, I will smite the Shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.
And behold two men were talking with Him, who were Moses and Elijah: who being seen in glory, was speaking of His departure which He was about to perfect in Jerusalem.
Jesus responded and said to them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will rear it up. Then the Jews said, Forty and six years was this temple being built, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? But He spoke concerning the temple of His body.read more.

I am the Good Shepherd; I know mine, and mine know me, as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father; and I lay down My soul for the sheep. Jesus knew that they wished to ask Him, and said to them, You are seeking with one another concerning this, because I said, A little while, and you see me no more, and again a little while, and you shall see me? Truly, truly, I say unto you, that you will weep and mourn, and the world will rejoice; you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. When a woman may bring forth she has sorrow, because her hour has come: but when the little child may be born, she remembers her suffering no more, for the joy that a man has been born into the world. Therefore you indeed also now have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one taketh your joy from you.
