Think not that I have come to make the law or the prophets of no effect. I have not come to make them of no effect, but to give them their full efficiency. The law and the prophets were till John. Since that time, the kingdom of God is preached, and every one enters it by force. But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one point of the law to fail.

If he called them gods, to whom the word of God was committed, (and the scripture can not be made void,) do you say of him, whom the Father has sanctified, and sent into the world, You speak impiously, because I said, I am the Son of God?
