But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall being on one side, and a wall on the other side. And when the donkey saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot against the wall: and he struck her again. And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where there was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.

My son, give me your heart, and let your eyes observe my ways. For a harlot is a deep ditch; and a seductress is a narrow well. She also lies in wait as for a prey, and increases the unfaithful among men.

And there were narrow windows in the little chambers, to their posts inside the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inside: and upon each post were palm trees.

The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, opposite the door, paneled with wood round about, from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;

Now the upper chambers were narrower: for the galleries took more space away from these, than from the lower, and the middle chambers of the building.
