and he opened the pit of the abyss; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, like the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke of the pit.
Jesus said: Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, said to him: Lord, the body is offensive; for he has been dead four days. And they said among themselves: Who will roll away the stone for us from the door of the sepulcher? for it was very great. And looking up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away.
and the sepulchers were opened, and many bodies of the saints that slept, arose.
