38 Bible Verses about Sacrificing Cattle Sheep And Goats

And this is the thing that you shall do to them, to sanctify them to minister to Me in the priest's office. Take one bull, the son of the herd, and two rams without blemish,

And you shall put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket, with the bull and the two rams.

So it shall be done for one bull, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.

you shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the cattle, of the sheep, or of the goats.

I will offer to You burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.

And in the day of the new moon it shall be a bull without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram. They shall be without blemish.

Every day for seven days you shall prepare a goat for a sin offering. They also shall prepare a young bull, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.

And you shall offer a burnt offering, a fire offering, of a sweet savor to Jehovah: thirteen young bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year. They shall be without blemish.

And on the second day you shall offer twelve young bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot;

And on the third day eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;

And on the fourth day ten bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;

And on the fifth day nine bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot;

And on the sixth day eight bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;

And on the seventh day seven bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;

And Balaam said to Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare here seven oxen and seven rams for me. And Balak did as Balaam had spoken. And Balak and Balaam offered on the altar a bull and a ram.

And God met Balaam. And he said to Him, I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered upon the altar a bull and a ram.

And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built seven altars and offered a bull and a ram on every altar.

And Balaam said to Balak, Build seven altars here for me, and prepare seven bulls and seven rams here for me. And Balak did as Balaam had said, and offered a bull and a ram on the altar.

The sons of those who had been exiled, who had come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel, twelve young bulls for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, twelve he-goats for a sin offering. All this was a burnt offering to Jehovah.

For if the blood of bulls and of goats and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh,

For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the Law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,

nor by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered once for all into the Holies, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
