"This is the thing that you shall do to them to make them holy, to minister to me in the priest's office: take one young bull and two rams without blemish,

Balaam said to Balak, "Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven bulls and seven rams." Balak did as Balaam had spoken; and Balak and Balaam offered on every altar a bull and a ram.
