Let all who serve an image be ashamed, those who boast about idols. Worship him, all you gods.
They shall turn back; they shall be {greatly ashamed}, those who trust in an image, who say to a cast image, "You [are] our gods."
{Everyone} is stupid, {without knowledge}, every goldsmith is ashamed by [his] divine image, for his cast image [is] an illusion, and [there is] no breath in them.
All humankind turns out to be stupid, without knowledge. Every goldsmith is put to shame by [the] divine image. For his cast image [is] a lie, and [there is] no breath in them.

A wind has wrapped them in its wings, and they will be ashamed because of their altars.
For you will be ashamed of [the] oaks [in] which you delighted, and you will be disgraced because of the gardens that you have chosen.
Then Moab will be ashamed of Chemosh, just as the house of Israel were ashamed of Bethel, their trust.
