Jesus answered them, "Has it not been written in your law, 'I said, ye are gods?' If He called them gods to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), say ye of Him Whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest, because I said, I am the Son of God?

"Think not that I came to destroy the law, or the prophets; I came not to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be accomplished. Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Then let those in Judaea flee into the mountains; and let those in the midst of it depart; and let not those in the country enter therein; because these are days of vengeance, that all the things written may be fulfilled. Woe to the women with child, and to those giving suck, in those days; for there will be great distress on the land, and wrath to this people.

But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tittle of the law to fall.

And, for this reason, we also give thanks to God without ceasing, that, having received the word of God which ye heard from us, ye received it, not as the word of men, but, as it truly is, the word of God, which also is working in you who believe.
