And Jesus, turning and beholding them following, saith to them, "What are ye seeking?" They said to Him, "Rabbi," (which, being translated, means Teacher), "where abidest Thou?"
I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for those whom Thou hast given Me; because they are Thine.
Whence also He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, since He is ever living to intercede in their behalf.

This Moses whom they denied, saying, 'Who appointed you a ruler and a judge?' him hath God sent as both ruler and redeemer, with the hand of the angel that appeared to him in the bush.
For freedom did Christ make us free; stand fast, therefore, and be not entangled again in a yoke of bondage.
And, beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, He thoroughly interpreted to them, in all the Scriptures, the things concerning Himself.
Philip finds Nathanael, and says to him, "We have found Him of Whom Moses in the law and the prophets wrote??esus of Nazareth, the Son of Joseph."
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his soul for the sheep.

By faith Moses, when grown up, refused to be called son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer evil with the people of God, than to have an enjoyment of sin for a season; regarding the reproach of the Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking away to the recompense.read more.
By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing Him Who is invisible. By faith he has instituted the passover, and the applying of the blood, lest the destroyer of the first-born should touch them.
"Think not that I came to destroy the law, or the prophets; I came not to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be accomplished. Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
And He said to him, "Why do you question Me concerning the good? One is the Good. But, if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments."
This is he who was in the assembly in the wilderness with the angel who spake to him on mount Sinai, and with our fathers; who received living oracles to give to us:
And, having entered into the temple, He began to cast out those who sold; saying to them, "It has been written, 'And My house shall be a house of prayer;' but ye made it a den of robbers."
This beginning of His signs Jesus wrought in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed on Him.
Think not that I will accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you, Moses on whom ye have set your hope.
If a man receives circumcision on a sabbath, that the law of Moses be not broken, are ye angry with Me, because I made a whole man well on the sabbath?
For in the law of Moses it has been written, "You shall not muzzle an ox while treading out the grain." Doth God care for the oxen?
On the morrow he sees Jesus coming to him, and he says, "Behold, the Lamb of God Who taketh away the sin of the world!
for this is My blood of the covenant, which is shed in behalf of many for remission of sins.
For, if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctifies to the purification of the flesh; how much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Whom God set forth as a propitiation, through faith in His blood, for the manifestation of His righteousness, because of the passing over of the formerly-committed sins in the forbearance of God:

But, if the ministration of death, engraven in letters on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look steadily upon the face of Moses on account of the glory of his face, which glory was passing away;
And they sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are Thy works, O Lord God, the Almighty; righteous and true are Thy ways, Thou King of the ages. Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Thy name? because Thou only art holy; because all the nations shall come, and worship before Thee; because Thy righteous acts were made manifest."
And there appeared to them Elijah with Moses; and they were talking with Jesus.
And, behold, two men were talking with Him, who, indeed, were Moses and Elijah;
For This One has been accounted worthy of more glory than Moses, by as much as He Who built the house hath more honor than the house;
