And LORD said to Moses, Come up to me onto the mount, and be there, and I will give thee the tablets of stone, and the law and the commandment, which I have written, that thou may teach them.

And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my ordinances, which if a man does, he shall live in them.

For LORD is our judge. LORD is our lawgiver. LORD is our king, he will save us.

There is one lawgiver who is able to save and to destroy, but thou, who are thou who judge the other man?

I am LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shall have no other gods before me. Thou shall not make to thee a graven image, nor any likeness [of anything] that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.read more.

And he wrote on the tablets according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which LORD spoke to you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly, and LORD gave them to me.

For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their sons,

He shows his word to Jacob, his statutes and his ordinances to Israel.

Attend to me, O my people, and give ear to me, O my nation. For a law shall go forth from me, and I will establish my justice for a light of the peoples.
