11 Bible Verses about Worship At Trees

"You are not to set up a sacred pole beside the altar of the LORD your God that you will build.

Furthermore, Ahaz sacrificed and burned incense on the high places, on top of hills, and under every green tree.

When their sons remember, they remember their altars and their Asherah poles beside green trees on the high hills.
