And Jesus said to them, Can the sons of the bridechamber mourn so long as the bridegroom is with them? But days will come when the bridegroom will have been taken away from them, and then they will fast.

So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all, as many as they found, both bad and good; and the bridechamber was fully furnished with guests.

And Jesus said unto them - Is it possible for the sons of the bridechamber, while the bridegroom is with them, to be fasting? So long as they have the bridegroom with them, it is impossible, to fast.

And he said to them, Can ye make the sons of the bridechamber fast when the bridegroom is with them?
