'Brood' in the Bible

Oh sinful nation,people weighed down with iniquity,brood of evildoers,depraved children!They have abandoned the Lord;they have despised the Holy One of Israel;they have turned their backs on Him.

For like wandering birds or scattered nestlings,The daughters of Moab will be at the fords of the [river] Arnon.

The sand partridge will make her nest there;she will lay and hatch her eggsand will gather her brood under her shadow.Indeed, the birds of prey will gather there,each with its mate.
