'Confident' in the Bible

They were distressed because they were confident. They came there, and were confounded.

Behold, if a river overflows, he doesn't tremble. He is confident, though the Jordan swells even to his mouth.

Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.

I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living.
