'Destroys' in the Bible

“If a man strikes the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he shall let him go free on account of his eye.

“It is all one; therefore I say,‘He destroys the guiltless and the wicked.’

“He makes the nations great, then destroys them;He enlarges the nations, then leads them away.

With his mouth the godless man destroys his neighbor,But through knowledge the righteous will be delivered.

He also who is slack in his workIs brother to him who destroys.

He who robs his father or his motherAnd says, “It is not a transgression,”Is the companion of a man who destroys.

Do not give your strength to women,Or your ways to that which destroys kings.

Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good.
