'Dissolve' in the Bible

“You lift me up to the wind and cause me to ride;And You dissolve me in a storm.

I am weary with my sighing;Every night I make my bed swim,I dissolve my couch with my tears.

Mountains quake because of HimAnd the hills dissolve;Indeed the earth is upheaved by His presence,The world and all the inhabitants in it.
