'Doing' in the Bible

But some of the Pharisees said, “Why are you doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

And they were all astonished at the greatness of God.While everyone was amazed at all the things He was doing, He told His disciples,

When He had said these things, all His adversaries were humiliated, but the whole crowd was rejoicing over all the glorious things He was doing.

and said to Him: “Tell us, by what authority are You doing these things? Who is it who gave You this authority?”

[Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, because they do not know what they are doing.”] And they divided His clothes and cast lots.
