'Dried up' in the Bible

Be amazed, O ye heavens, at this, - And shudder, be dried up utterly, Urgeth Yahweh.

Shall the snow of Lebanon, fall from the rock of the field? Or shall waters from afar, deep, overflowing, be dried up?

For with adulterers, is the land filled, Yea because of cursing, cloth the land mourn, Dried up are the oases of the desert, - And, their oppression hath become wicked, And, their might is not right.

A drought, is against her waters, And they shall be dried up, - For a land of images, it is, And with their shocking things, they act as men who are mad:
