'Dull' in the Bible

the priest is to make an examination. If the spots on the skin of the body are dull white, it is only a rash that has broken out on the skin; the person is clean.

If the ax is dull, and one does not sharpen its edge,then one must exert more strength;however, the advantage of wisdom is that it brings success.

Dull the minds of these people;deafen their ears and blind their eyes;otherwise they might see with their eyesand hear with their ears,understand with their minds,turn back, and be healed.

How the gold has become tarnished,the fine gold become dull!The stones of the temple lie scatteredat the corner of every street.
