'Eagerly' in the Bible
When he came, behold, Eli was sitting on his seat by the road eagerly watching, because his heart was trembling for the ark of God. So the man came to tell it in the city, and all the city cried out.
“As a slave who pants for the shade,And as a hired man who eagerly waits for his wages,
In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.
They shall eagerly utter the memory of Your abundant goodnessAnd will shout joyfully of Your righteousness.
And I will wait for the Lord who is hiding His face from the house of Jacob; I will even look eagerly for Him.
Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord,We have waited for You eagerly;Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls.
