'Embrace' in the Bible

Then Joseph took the boys [from his father’s embrace], and he bowed [before him] with his face to the ground.

Elisha said, “At this season next year, you will embrace a son.” She said, “No, my lord. O man of God, do not lie to your maidservant.”

“Prize wisdom [and exalt her], and she will exalt you;She will honor you if you embrace her.

Why should you, my son, be exhilarated with an immoral womanAnd embrace the bosom of an outsider (pagan)?

A time to throw away stones and a time to gather stones;A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing.
