'Farmer' in the Bible

Does the farmer plow continually to plant seed?Does he continually turn and harrow the ground?

Judah and all its cities will dwell together in it, the farmer and they who go about with flocks.

And with you I shatter the shepherd and his flock,And with you I shatter the farmer and his team,And with you I shatter governors and prefects.

Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts, the Lord,“There is wailing in all the plazas,And in all the streets they say, ‘Alas! Alas!’They also call the farmer to mourningAnd professional mourners to lamentation.
