'Formed' in the Bible

Before the mountains were bornOr before You had given birth to the earth and the world,Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are [the eternal] God.

He who made the ear, does He not hear?He who formed the eye, does He not see?

The sea is His, for He made it [by His command];And His hands formed the dry land.

There the ships [of the sea] sail,And Leviathan [the sea monster], which You have formed to play there.

My frame was not hidden from You,When I was being formed in secret,And intricately and skillfully formed [as if embroidered with many colors] in the depths of the earth.
