'Guilty' in the Bible

Hold them guilty, O God;By their own devices let them fall!In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out,For they are rebellious against You.

Surely God will shatter the head of His enemies,The hairy crown of him who goes on in his guilty deeds.

When he is judged, let him come forth guilty,And let his prayer become sin.
