'Herbage' in the Bible

“Shepherds with their flocks will come against her;They will pitch their tents all around her;They will pasture, each one in his place [eating up all her rich grasses].

“The doe in the field has given birth only to abandon her youngBecause there is no grass.

And the wild asses stand on the heights, they snuff up the wind like jackals; their eyes fail, because there is no herbage.
