'Leaders' in the Bible

I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, And my sword shall devour flesh; With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the head of the leaders of the enemy.

For that the leaders took the lead in Israel, For that the people offered themselves willingly, Bless ye Jehovah.

And Jehovah sent an angel, who cut off all the mighty men of valor, and the leaders and captains, in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land.
