'Living' in the Bible

I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LordIn the land of the living.

My soul thirsts for God, for the living God;When shall I come and appear before God?

But God will break you down forever;He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent,And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah.

For You have delivered my soul from death,Indeed my feet from stumbling,So that I may walk before GodIn the light of the living.

My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the Lord;My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.

I shall walk before the LordIn the land of the living.

I cried out to You, O Lord;I said, “You are my refuge,My portion in the land of the living.

And do not enter into judgment with Your servant,For in Your sight no man living is righteous.

You open Your handAnd satisfy the desire of every living thing.
