Therefore pride encompasseth them as a neck-chain, violence covereth them as a garment;

And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;

Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck.

I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck.

The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

for they will be a garland of grace on your head
and a gold chain around your neck.

And Hananiah the prophet took the chain from the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and brake it;

Now after that Hananiah the prophet had taken the chain from the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and broken it, the word of the LORD came unto the prophet Jeremiah saying,

a chain about thy neck, spangles upon thy forehead, earrings upon thine ears, and set a beautiful crown upon thine head.
