'Promised' in the Bible

Where is your gracious love of old, Lord, that in your faithfulness you promised to David?

God had promised in his sanctuary: "I will triumph and divide Shechem, then I will measure the valley of Succoth!

My eyes grow weary with respect to what you have promised I keep asking, "When will you comfort me?"
