'Reduced' in the Bible

The enemy has perished, reduced to ruins forever. You uprooted their cities, the very memory of them vanished.

“Moab is My washbowl;Over Edom I shall throw My shoe [in triumph];Over Philistia I raise the shout [of victory].”

O God, [the] nations have entered your inheritance; they have defiled your holy temple; they have reduced Jerusalem to ruins.

You have broken down all his walls;You have reduced his fortified cities to ruins.
