'Registered' in the Bible

and they summoned the entire community on [the] first day of the second month. And they registered themselves among their clans according to {their families}, according to [the] number of names from {those twenty years old} and above individually,

From the descendants of Shecaniah, from the descendants of Parosh: Zechariah and with him one hundred and fifty registered males.

And from the temple servants, whom David and [his] officials had set up to serve the Levites, two hundred and twenty [in total]. All of them were registered by name.

And everyone went to be registered, each one to his own town.
