'Relate' in the Bible

“I will tell you, listen to me;And what I have seen I will also declare;

Then He began to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard and leased it to tenant farmers, and went on a journey for a long time [to another country].

“In humiliation His judgment was taken away [justice was denied Him].Who will describe His generation?For His life is taken from the earth.”
