'Removes' in the Bible

“It is God who removes the mountains, they know not how,When He overturns them in His anger;

“It is He who changes the times and the epochs;He removes kings and establishes kings;He gives wisdom to wise menAnd knowledge to men of understanding.

“On that day they will take up against you a tauntAnd utter a bitter lamentation and say,‘We are completely destroyed!He exchanges the portion of my people;How He removes it from me!To the apostate He apportions our fields.’
