'Retribution' in the Bible

The righteous one will rejoicewhen he sees the retribution;he will wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.

Say to the cowardly:“Be strong; do not fear!Here is your God; vengeance is coming.God’s retribution is coming; He will save you.”

So He will repay according to their deeds:fury to His enemies,retribution to His foes,and He will repay the coastlands.

for a destroyer is coming against her,against Babylon.Her warriors will be captured,their bows shattered,for the Lord is a God of retribution;He will certainly repay.
