'Rulers' in the Bible

It is by me that kings reignand rulers enact just law;

By me rulers rule, and nobles--all judges of righteousness.

Material comfort is not good for the foolish; much less for a servant to be put over rulers.

Wisdom is too exalted for a [hardened, arrogant] fool;He does not open his mouth in the gate [where the city’s rulers sit in judgment].

When a land is in rebellion, it has many rulers,but with a discerning and knowledgeable person, it endures.

It is not for kings, Lemuel,it is not for kings to drink wineor for rulers to desire beer.
