'Sawest' in the Bible
And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What sawest thou, that thou hast done this thing?
for he put his life in his hand, and smote the Philistine, and Jehovah wrought a great victory for all Israel: thou sawest it, and didst rejoice; wherefore then wilt thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?
And Joab said unto the man that told him, And, behold, thou sawest it, and why didst thou not smite him there to the ground? and I would have given thee ten pieces of'silver, and a girdle.
And thou sawest the affliction of our fathers in Egypt, and heardest their cry by the Red Sea,
