'Scatters' in the Bible
Look, he scatters his lightning around him, and he covers the roots of the sea.
Also, he loads down thick clouds with moisture; his lightning scatters [the] clouds.
Where then [is] the way [where] [the] light is distributed, [where] he scatters [the] east wind upon [the] earth?
Not so the wicked. Instead, [they are] like the chaff that [the] wind scatters.
[He] gives snow like wool; he scatters frost like ashes;
