'Shut' in the Bible

Because it did not shut the opening of my mother’s womb,Or hide trouble from my eyes.

“So the helpless has hope,And unrighteousness must shut its mouth.

“A snare seizes him by the heel,And a trap snaps shut on him.

“In the dark they dig into houses,They shut themselves up by day;They do not know the light.

“His strong scales are his pride,Shut up as with a tight seal.
